For cancellations prior to departure any monies paid to Go West will incur a penalty : 1 to 5 days prior to departure 20%, within 24 hours no refund will be given. Go West Reserves the right to use from 1 to 5 star vehicles, cancel or alter tours at any time and minimum numbers of passengers may apply for tours to operate. Any personal damage, loss, injury or expense incurred by passengers as a result of any delay whether caused by mechanical defect or any other cause is the responsibility of the passenger. Go West are unable to guarantee exact arrival and departure times and are not liable for any failure to make connections with other services. We recommend taking out travel insurance. The responsibility of Go West in connection with these tours is limited to carriage of passengers and cannot guarantee the appearance of any animals. The sale of other services or activities described herein is made by Go West as an agent and Go West shall not be held liable for any accident, injury, delay, irregularity, loss or damage caused by or resulting from provision to provide such services.
