SOUTH WEST ADVENTURE
5 DAY HOSTEL TOUR
"An Adventure with a Difference"

| DAY 1 | Depart School 8.00am, travel straight to Busselton via the South West Highway, with a stop along the way. Unpack on arrival, and explore our surroundings before Lunch. Travelling the Bussell Highway, thru Margaret River & across to the Boranup Forest for an afternoon of exciting Adventure Caving & Aboriginal Culture & Bushtucker Studies. | ||
| DAY 2 | Early rise with we are off to Williabrup Beach for a 1/2 days Abseiling and 1/2 days Dolphin Tramp Adventuring. Here we split into two groups, one spending the morning doing Abseiling at the Sea Cliffs, and the second group going on a Dolphin Tramp [Cape to Cape Coastal Navigation] from Williabrup to Gracetown. After Lunch, each group swaps over and finishes the day doing the other activity. | ||
| DAY 3 | Today we have head off to the Blackwood River for your Full Days Blackwood River Canoeing Safari Adventure. All supplies are to be carried with you, food, water, sunscreen, hat, towel, etc. | ||
| DAY 4 |
This morning we head for the Yallingup Shearing Shed where we Shearing, Sheep Dog Demonstrations, and hand feed the Animals. Lunch at the Shearing Shed before heading back to the Busselton Archery Park and Mini Golf Course for some fun & games.

| DAY 5 | Pack & clean up camp before heading for home. On our return journey we Lunch on the foreshore at Mandurah before returning to school at approx. 3.00pm. | ||

"Explore Cape Naturaliste's Beauty"

| DAY 1 | Depart school at 8.00am, travel the Southwest Highway with a full guided tour of the Alcoa Bauxite Mine. Lunch in the Park at Pinjarra before our next stop at Yarloop for our Timber Mill Tour. Traveling on to Busselton via Bunbury we make camp with time to explore our surroundings. | ||
| DAY 2 | Early rise and it's off to the Eagle Heritage to watch these beautiful birds of prey in flight. Next we visit the Yallingup Shearing Shed were we see sheep dog demonstrations, shearing and hand feed the animals. After Lunch we explore the Yallingup Caves before returning to camp. | ||
| DAY 3 |
Today we start with a guided tour of the Cape Naturaliste Lighthouse then around Eagle Bay to Meelup Beach for Lunch and beach activities. On our return to camp we take time to look around Dunsborough townsite. [ Cape Naturaliste Lighthouse ]

| DAY 4 | This morning we take stroll around Busselton Town (do a little souvenir shopping) before our tour of the interesting "Olde Butter Factory" Museum. After lunch is fun and games time at either the Nautical Lady Adventure Park OR Busselton Archery Park and Mini Golf. Back to camp for concert preparations (Last night). | ||
| DAY 5 | On our return journey we lunch on the foreshore at Mandurah before returning to School at approx.3.00pm. | ||

SOUTH - WEST DISCOVERY
5 DAY HOSTEL TOUR
"Discover the Lush Leeuwin District"

| DAY 1 | Depart School at 8.00am, travel straight thru to Busselton via the South West Highway, with a stop along the way On arrival, we set up camp, with time to explore our surroundings before Lunch. This afternoon we visit the fascinating Quindalup Butterfly & Fauna Park for a guided tour. [Hands on - Animal Nursery] | ||
| DAY 2 | A ½ Days Adventure starts at Prevelly Beach, Margaret River, where we meet up with our guides for a Cave & Canoe, Bushtucker Tour. We paddle up river for our Bushtucker Lesson then hike into a hidden cave and back to the Beach where we started. We have Lunch by the Ocean before returning to camp to spend a leisurely afternoon playing sport, beach activities, concert preparations or just relaxing. | ||
| DAY 3 | This morning we have a tour of the interesting "Olde Butter Factory" Museum, before a walk thru Town to the Busselton Foreshore. After Lunch, we take a stroll out the Busselton Jetty and do a little Fishing. | ||
| DAY 4 | Travelling the Caves Road, we make our first stop at the
Yallingup Shearing Shed,
were we see sheep dog demonstrations, shearing
and hand feed the animals. Lunch today we will be at beautiful Meelup
Beach, with an afternoon of fun and games & beach activities.

5 DAY HOSTEL OR CAMPING TOUR
"Soak up the Geograph Experience"

| DAY 1 | Depart school at 7.30am. Our first stop is the Reptile Centre for a guided tour of these fascinating creatures. After lunch along the way, we have a guided tour of the White Rocks Dairy & Museum. See cows milked in one of Australia's most sophisticated Dairies. From here we travel straight to camp where we unpack and explore our surroundings. | ||
| DAY 2 | Today we start by exploring the Yallingup Caves before we visit the fascinating Eagle Heritage to watch these beautiful birds of prey in flight. After Lunch we have a guided tour of the Cape Naturaliste Lighthouse, then drop into Dunsborough township on our way back to camp. | ||
| DAY 3 | Early rise and it's off to Prevelly Park, Margaret River for a 1/2 Day Cave & Canoe Bushtucker Tour. After a late Lunch, we head to Meelup Beach where we spend the remainder of the afternoon relaxing and maybe doing some beach activities. | ||
| DAY 4 | This morning we take stroll around Busselton Town (do a
little souvenir shopping) before our Jetty Walk the historical 2 km wooden
Jetty. After lunch back at camp we have some fun and games at either the
Nautical Lady Adventure Park
OR Busselton Archery Park
and Mini Golf. Back to camp
for concert preparations (Last night).

| DAY 1 | Depart school at 8.00am, travel the Southwest Highway with a full guided tour of the Alcoa Bauxite Mine. Lunch in the Park at Pinjarra before next stop at Yarloop for the Timber Mill Tour. From here travel across to the coast to Binningup, unpack & explore our surroundings. | |||
| DAY 2 | Travel to Collie for the day, starting with a full walking tour of the Muja Power Station. Next visit the Collie Open Cut Mine for a guided tour before returning to town for lunch. During the afternoon, we visit the Tourist Mine, Old Train Engines & Museum, (guided tour) before returning to Camp. | |||
| DAY 3 | Heading to Bunbury for morning studies of the Mineral Sands & Wetlands, Capel. In the afternoon we visit White Rocks Dairy & Museum where we see one of Australia's most sophisticated Dairies. [Hands on Activites] | |||
| DAY 4 | Today we start with a tour of Bunbury Port & Woodchip Exports before a Boat Tour of the Harbour. After Lunch we visit the very interesting Dolphin Discovery Centre for some hands on education & fun beach activities. | |||
| DAY 5 | Pack & clean up camp, we head back to Perth with a stop on the Mandurah foreshore for some fun, games, relaxation and Lunch. Return to School approx. 3.00pm | |||

SOUTH - WEST TOURER
6 DAY HOSTEL TOUR
"Come Tour our Beautiful South West"

| DAY 1 | Depart School 8.30am, travel south with a tour of the fascinating Reptile Centre to see and touch some of Australia's creepy crawlies. Lunch before our visit to the Dolphin Centre in Bunbury (video included). On to Busselton where we set up camp and explore our surroundings before dinner. [Camp has an Oval & Beach frontage]. | ||
| DAY 2 | Down the Bussell Highway to Augusta and Cape Leeuwin for a Lighthouse inspection. See the Old Water Wheel and lunch at Storm Bay. Afternoon tour of the spectacular Jewell Cave then back to camp. Tonight we study the stars. | ||
| DAY 3 | Early rise and it's off to the Eagle Heritage to watch these beautiful birds of prey in flight. Next we visit the Yallingup Shearing Shed where we see sheep dog demonstrations, shearing, and hand feed the animals. After Lunch we explore the Yallingup and surrounding beaches before returning to camp. Tonight, we try out for the Black Stump Olympics [Aussie style]. | ||
| DAY 4 | Travelling to Prevelly Beach, Margaret River, we meet up with our guides for a Cave, Canoe & Bushtucker Tour. We travel up river to an Island for our Bushtucker Tour with our Cave Adventure along the way, then paddle back down stream to where we began. [1/2 Days Adventure]. We return to camp for After Lunch we return to camp for beach fun, sport or just relaxing. Camp Fire & Damper night. | ||
| DAY 5 | We start our day with fun & games at the Archery & Mini Golf Park. [Full instruction given] From here we travel around the Bay to Meelup Beach for Lunch, with an afternoon of relaxation, swimming & beach activities. On our return to camp we stop off at Dunsborough for a look thru the town and do some souvenir shopping. Last night Concert. | ||
| DAY 6 | Pack & clean up camp before returning to Perth. We travel to the Mandurah Foreshore for lunch and a play before arriving back at the School at approx. 3.00pm. | ||
